Fly Laser Marking/Engraving Machine for Assembly Line Automatic Marking

The flying laser marking machine is designed for automatic marking of products on the assembly line. Ordinary laser marking machine requires the workpiece to be stationary and cannot move when marking, otherwise the marking graphics will be distorted. The flying laser marking machine synchronizes the moving speed of the workpiece to the flying marking system through the encoder. Whether the moving speed of the workpiece becomes faster or slower, the marking pattern will not be affected.

Powerful text editing function, free to edit ordinary text, serial number, random code, date, bar code, two-dimensional code, etc.

Multiple marking modes
Normal mode: the sensor is triggered once, and the system performs marking once;
Pipeline mode: the system sprays code continuously according to the set spacing;

A variety of IO signal output, including marking completion output, marking output, fault output, meter counting output, serial number end output.

Q2: When I got this machine and don't know how to use, what should I do?
We will send operation video and manual for the machine. Our engineer will do training online. If needed, we can send our engineer to your site for training or you can send the operator to our factory for training.

Q3: If some problems happen to this machine, what should I do?
We provide two years warranty. During the warranty, If there is any problem with the machine, we will provide the parts free of charge (except for artificial damage). After the warranty, we still provide whole lifetime service.

Q4: What is the consumables of laser marking machine?
It has no consumable. It's very economical and cost effective.

Q5: What's package, will it protect the products?
We have 3 layers package. Outside is the wooden cases free of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic film.

Q6: What's delivery time?
Commonly, the lead time is within 5 working days after receiving the payment.
